EXPERIENCE OF ANTI-DOPING EDUCATION IN EUROPEAN COUNTRIES (SLOVENIA, FRANCE, GERMANY, AND NORWAY)

The article analyzes the experience of anti-doping education in European countries using the examples of Slovenia, France, Germany, and Norway. The relevance of the study is due to the growing role of anti-doping education as one of the key tools for preventing doping violations in sport and the need to adapt effective European practices to national conditions. Modern approaches to combating doping are increasingly focused not only on control and sanctions, but also on shaping the values of fair play, ethical behavior, and responsible attitudes of athletes towards their own health.
The purpose of the study is to summarize and analyze the features of the organization and implementation of anti-doping education in selected European countries and to identify key approaches that can be used in the domestic system of training athletes. Material and methods. The study uses analysis and summarization of scientific publications by foreign authors, official documents of the World Anti-Doping Agency, and national anti-doping organizations in Slovenia, France, Germany, and Norway. Methods of comparative analysis, systematization, and logical generalization were used to identify common and distinctive features of anti-doping education models in these countries.
Results. It was found that in the European countries studied, anti-doping education is systematic and implemented at the national level in accordance with the requirements of the World Anti-Doping Code. It was found that educational programs are aimed at different target groups (athletes, coaches, medical and support staff) and are based on a value-oriented approach. Significant attention is paid to interactive forms of learning, digital educational platforms, and preventive work with young athletes.
Conclusions. The experience of European countries demonstrates the effectiveness of a comprehensive approach to anti-doping education, combining regulatory and legal support, educational innovations, and the formation of ethical values. The results obtained can be used to improve the national anti-doping education system, taking into account international standards and best European practices.
